Hello my Math 1 Students, Parents, and Guardians,
The school year is not over. Students are expected to continue the learning process. I would encourage students to complete five specific topics in the Khan Academy Math 1 section within the Online Enrichment Learning portal located on the CNUSD district website main page. These five topics will cover the material that we normally would have covered had school closures not been made necessary due to the Covid-19 virus. Students who complete these topics will earn points toward their grade. Students must complete all learnings (videos and articles), all practices, all quizzes, and the unit test for each topic to earn points for that topic. Students will complete the official check off sheet for each topic, have it signed by their parent/guardian verifying that they completed all sections and then email a picture of each official check off sheet to me.
The five sections I would request students complete are:
Geometry Transformations
Congruence
Analytic Geometry
Data Distributions
Two-way Frequency Tables
Directions to access the Khan Academy Math 1 link can be found in the folders on this webpage. All check off sheets can be found in the folders located on this webpage. It is highly encouraged that all my students complete these five topics to minimize learning gaps going into Math 2 and to earn points toward their grade this semester. All check off sheets must be submitted to me by 5/22/20. Please email the check off sheets to me as you finish each topic. Thank you for your support and efforts.
