Local Scholarships Recommender Instructions

Submitting a letter of recommendation on behalf of a student:

To submit a letter of recommendation on behalf of a student for a local scholarship please do the following:

 

1.  Save  as a PDF, if you sign your letter digitally. Or, Scan your signed letter of recommendation and save it as a PDF in the following format: 

Student Last Name, First Name Student ID (ex. Doe, Jane 1234567).  

    (Don't know how to save as a PDF? Click here for instructions)

 

2.  Email your letter as an attachment to SAHSscholarships@cnusd.k12.ca.us with the student's name and ID in the subject line as shown above.

Submitting a Counseling Scholarship Supplemental Teacher Form on Behalf of a Student

 

If a student has asked you to submit a Counseling Scholarship Supplemental Teacher Form please do the following:

 

1. Download the following fillable form: Counseling Scholarship Supplemental Recommender Form.

   

(**Please note this form is ONLY for applicants to the Counseling Scholarship who have specifically request that you use this form).

 

2. Fill in the comments sections by answering each question to the best of your knowledge.

 

3. Scan your finished document, WITH signature, and save in the following format: 

Last Name, First Name Student ID (ex. Doe, Jane 1234567).

 

4. Email your form as an attachment to SAHSscholarships@cnusd.k12.ca.us with the student's name and ID in the subject line as shown above.
